Waiting for the driver
Visitors using our transport service must be ready at the agreed time.
✓Please wait in front of your hotel or at the hotel reception.
Please do not stay in your room while waiting for the driver. This avoids delays for the other passengers and visitors.
Leaving earlier
When a group uses our shared transport, everyone should normally respect the planned return time. If one or more people wish to leave separately and earlier without waiting for the rest of the group, a separate transport can be arranged with the driver.

Cancellation
A booking can be cancelled without any problem up to 30 minutes before the agreed meeting time. Please let our team know as soon as possible so the driver and the other passengers are not delayed unnecessarily.
Personal belongings
Visitors should keep their personal belongings and valuables with them.
Each visitor is responsible for their own belongings.
If our staff find a forgotten item, the owner can come and collect it without any problem, after giving enough information to confirm that it belongs to them.
Respect for other visitors
All visitors and passengers are asked to behave respectfully towards:
- other visitors;
- other passengers;
- the drivers;
- the staff;
- the animals;
- local residents;
- the places;
- nature and the environment.
The aim is to keep a calm, welcoming and respectful experience for everyone.
Behaviour that is not allowed
To avoid conflict and keep a respectful atmosphere during transport and on site, the following are not allowed:
- racist or discriminatory behaviour or remarks;
- insults, threats or harassment;
- violence or aggressive behaviour;
- political provocation or arguments;
- provocation or arguments about religions or beliefs;
- use or possession of illegal drugs;
- smoking in areas where it is not allowed.
These rules apply to every visitor equally, without distinction.

- Entry: 100,000 LAK per person.
- The 100,000 LAK is paid on arrival, at the entrance.
- Return transport from your hotel or the agreed pickup point is free and included with the visit.
- No online payment is ever requested.
Price & transport
Restaurants, buffet, drinks, swimming pool and other services on site are not included in the 100,000 LAK unless the staff explicitly confirms it.

Getting close to the elephants
In the permitted areas and at the permitted times you can watch the elephants, take photos and take part in the interactions allowed by the staff.
For your safety and the wellbeing of the elephants, some limits apply. Always follow the staff instructions and keep an appropriate distance when you are asked to.
Rules to follow
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Do not run towards the elephants.
- Do not stand behind an elephant without permission.
- Do not touch or feed an elephant without the staff's approval.
- Do not shout at or provoke the animals.
- Respect the safety zones.
- Interactions can be limited or stopped if the staff considers a situation unsafe.
